________________ अन्तर्गतं महाशल्य-मस्थैर्य यदि नोद्धृतम्॥ क्रियौषधस्य को दोष-स्तदा गुणमयच्छतः // 4 // कुछ धर्म किरिया कृत्य की गुण रूप सिद्धि ना मिले। तो दोष ना है धर्म का क्योंकि हृदय उसका हिले॥ अंतर पड़ा है चित्त में अस्थिर स्वरूपी शल्य तो। हो लाभ किरिया का तभी जब चित्त हो निःशल्य तो॥४॥ यदि अस्थिरता रूप अंदर के महाशल्य को दूर न किया जाय तो क्रिया रूप औषधि लाभ नहीं करती। तो इसमें क्रिया का कोई दोष नहीं है। If some religious rituals are not rewarded suitably then the religion should not be blamed. The fault lies in th restless heart which does not pursue the rituals as prescribed in the scriptures. Following the rituals could be fruitful if the heart and mind are tranquil. 12
