________________ आत्मबोधो नवः पाशो, देहगेहधनादिषु / यः क्षिप्तोऽप्यात्मना तेषु, स्वस्य बन्धाय जायते // 6 // तन गृह धनादिक में हो बुद्धि स्वत्व का निज भाव हो। यह बुद्धि ही बंधन नवीन स्वभाव में परभाव हो। यह पाश बंधन आत्म ने तम आदि में डाला वही। वह आत्म का बंधन बने निश्चय बने तन का नहीं॥6॥ शरीर, घर और धन आदि में आत्मत्व की बुद्धि एक नया बंधन है। शरीर आदि में आत्मा द्वारा डाला गया यह बंधन उस आत्माके बंध के लिये हो जाता है। In the material aspects of life e.g. the body, the home, wealth etc. intelligence helps one realize the difference between the material and the 'self'. But the same intelligence when it identifies itself with the material possessions acts as an impediment and a yoke in the context of the soul, for intelligence is the material aspect of the 'self'. 11101
