३५१. (१) (प्र.) तिर्यच पंचेन्द्रिय जीवों की पृच्छा कितनी है ?
(उ.) गौतम ! (सामान्य रूप में तिर्यंच पंचेन्द्रिय जीवों की) जघन्य अवगाहना अंगुल के असख्यातवे भाग और उत्कृष्ट एक हजार योजन प्रमाण है। PANCHENDRIYA (FIVE-SENSED) BEINGS
351. (1) (Q.) Bhante ! How large is the avagahana (space occupied by the body of a Panchendriya Tiryanchyonik (fivesensed animal)?
(Ans.) Gautam ! The minimum avagahana (space occupied) by the body of a Panchendriya Tiryanchyonik (five-sensed animal) is (generally) innumerable fraction of an angul and the maximum is one thousand yojans.
(२) (क) जलयरपंचेंदियतिरिक्खजोणियाणं पुच्छा, गोयमा ! एवं चेव। (ख) सम्मुच्छिमजलयरपंचेंदियाणं एवं चेव। (ग) अपज्जत्तगसम्मुच्छिमजलयरपंचेंदियाणं पुच्छा, जहन्नेणं अंगुलस्स असंखेज्जतिभागं, उक्कोसेण वि अंगुलस्स असं.।
(घ) पज्जत्तयसम्मुच्छिमजलयरपंचेंदियाणं पुच्छा, जहन्नेणं अंगु. असं. उक्कोसेणं जोयणसहस्सं।
(च) गब्भवक्कंतियजलयरपंचेंदियाणं पुच्छा, गो. ! जहन्नेणं अंगुलस्स असंखेज्जइभागं, उक्कोसेणं जोयणसहस्सं।
(छ) अपज्जत्तयाणं पुच्छा, गो. ! जह. अंगु. असं. उक्कोसेणं अंगु. असं.।
