५८६ . ( प्र . ) भवियशरीरद्रव्य-क्षपणा किसे कहते हैं ?
( उ ) समय पूर्ण होने परं जो जीव उत्पन्न हुआ और प्राप्त हुए शरीर से जिनोपदिष्ट भाव के अनुसार भविष्य में 'क्षपणा' पद सीखेगा, किन्तु अभी नहीं सीख रहा है, ऐसा वह शरीर भवियशरीरद्रव्य-क्षपणा है।
( प्र . ) इसके लिए दृष्टान्त क्या है ?
( उ ) जैसे किसी घड़े में अभी घी अथवा मधु नहीं भरा गया है, किन्तु भविष्य में भरे जाने की अपेक्षा अभी से यह घी का घड़ा होगा, यह मधुकन्नश होगा, ऐसा कहना ।
586. (Q.) What is this Bhavya sharir dravya kshapana (physical-kshapana as body of the potential knower)?
(Ans.) On maturity a being comes out of the womb or is born and with its physical body it has the potential to learn the term Kshapana (eradication), as preached by the Jina, but it is not learning at present. This being is called Bhavya sharir dravya kshapana (physical-kshapana as body of the potential knower).
(Question asked by a disciple) Is there some analogy to confirm this ?
(Answer by the guru) Yes, for example it is conventionally said that this will be a pot of honey or this will be a pot of butter even before filling it with the same. (details same as aphorism 18 )

५८७. से किं तं जाणयसरीर - भवियसरीर - वइरित्ता दव्वज्झवणा । जहाजाणयसरीर - भवियसरीर - वइरित्ते दव्वाए तहा भाणियव्वा, जाव से तं जाणयसरीर - भवियसरीर - वइरित्ता दव्वज्झवणा । से तं नोआगमओ दव्वज्झवणा । से तं दव्वज्झवणा ।
५८७. (प्र.) ज्ञायकशरीर - भव्यशरीर- व्यतिरिक्तद्रव्य-क्षपणा क्या है ?
( उ . ) ज्ञायकशरीर - भव्यशरीर- व्यतिरिक्तद्रव्य-क्षपणा का स्वरूप ज्ञायकशरीर - भव्यशरीर-व्यतिरिक्तद्रव्य - आय के समान जानना चाहिए। यह नोआगमद्रव्य-क्षपणा और द्रव्य-क्षपणा का वर्णन हुआ।
