Bhoja cites this gatha as an example of विप्रलम्भ (शरचर्याविषय). 761. Bhoja cites this gatha as an example of विप्रलम्भ (हेमन्तचर्याविषय). Bhuvanpala in the course of his comments says : M. V. Patwardhan in his Notes to Gahakosa (p. 234, v. 643) remarks : "The idea is that the wayfarer becomes so absorbed in thoughts about his wife as he remembers her face, and perspires so profusely due to nervous excitement, that he does not feel the severe cold of the winter." 762. Bhoja cites this gatha as an example of विप्रलम्भ (शिशिरचर्याविषय). The second half of this gāthă according to Weber (as given in Joglekar's edn. (in Marathi) p. 555 and v. 925 reads : दीहा ण समप्पइ सिसिरजामिणी कह णु दे माणो | Whereas SP reads : दीहा वि समप्पइ सि सिरजामिणी कह णु दे माणो || The stanza is addressed by a lover to his beloved, who out of jealous anger or pride or haughtiness is keeping aloof from him. It is intended to remove her jealous anger and make her favourable. 'दीर्घापि समाप्यते शिशिरयामिनी' suits this context much better. With Weber's reading there is no urgency for the beloved to give up her jealous anger for "दीर्घा न समाप्यते शिशिरयामिनी" - She could continue to maintain her anger and pride. 763. This gāthā is already dealt with; vide ŚP S. No. (413.127) supra. Bhoja cites it here as an example of प्रथमानुराग (love at first sight). 764. This gathā is already dealt with; vide SP S. No. (616.165) supra. Bhoja cites it here as an example of "मानानन्तरात् प्रवासानन्तर:'. SK (p. 591, v.54) defines शङ्का 'apprehension' and with the introductory words "तद्-(-शङ्का-)रूपेण रसस्य प्रकर्षो यथा-", it cites this gatha and observes : अत्र विरहिण्या: काातिशयमुदीक्षमाणाया: कस्याश्चिद वयस्याया: स्नेहातिशयात् "प्रेम पश्यति भयान्यपदेऽपि' इति प्रियागम-प्रहर्षातिशयभावेऽप्यसहिष्णुतया तन्मरणशङ्का प्रकृष्यते । 765. Bhoja cites this gatha as an example of 'रागवर्धनत्वेन प्रथमानुरागान्मान:'.
