Hemacandra cites it as an example of the figure Anumāna. Mammata and other alaskārikas regard it as an illustration of the figure Uttara (variety I).

Hemacandra rejects both the kinds of Uttara alamkara, accepted by other alamkārikas like Mammata. He brings them under the figure Anumāna.

(KP p. 753), cites this gātha as an example of 'Negreifcichret:riefe:'. In ufer sper there is higury; and in Fai doujo atuais there is 74c5. Sahiguri is aशब्दालंकार, and रूपक an अर्थालंकार. Both these figures are independent of each
