Prakrit Verses in Sanskrit Works on Poetics
विपर्ययोऽवरोह: । रूपधर्माभ्यामित्येव ।
After citing the gatha he remarks : अत्रानेकेषां शशि-प्रभृतीनां स्वरूपलाघवक्रमः | "The moon is smaller then the sun, the fire is smaller than the moon, the lamp than the fire, the fire-fly is smaller than even the lamp -".
125. Sobhākara cites this gatha to illustrate the figure Atiśaya, newly added by him.
He defines it as follows: सम्भावनयान्यथा वातिशयोऽतिशयः । After citing the gatha he comments upon it as follows: 37 ECHT सम्भवसम्भावनस्यातिशयितत्वे यदि जन्माभावं न करोषि तत्प्रेमाभावं कुर्वित्यादिना प्रेमाभावादिसम्भवस्यातिशय 349 1 - Ļ. 984.
126. Sobhākara cites this gātha as an example of the figure Atibaya

on the gātha:
