The translation follows the reading jena(Sk. yena) and not the emended reading jäņu (Sk. janu)

Dear Left Eye, if your twitching predicts correctly and my man comes back home today, I shall reward you : I shall order the right eye to remain shut and reserve the pleasure of having the fill of the look of him for you alone.
