Every form of mundane life is a soul in its impure state, 80 pothing but the thickness and tbinness of the material particles combined with the soul is the real Cause tbis increase or decrease of the worldly possessions.
(ii) PERVERSE BELIEF, (ragtia) To believe that sacrifice of
animals will bring good or that soul is material & destructible, (iii) DOUBTFUL BELIEF,(Ag) To doubt in the existence of
soul, karmic bondage, purity of soul etc. (iv) IGNORANT BELIEF, ( a ) Not trying to be enlight
ened in the problems concerning the soul. (v) BLIND DEVOTIONAL BELIEF,(1997) Without right dis
crimination to honour right and falso ways of piety equally. 3. VOWLESSNE88, (998) Which are also of five kinde:
Hinsa, Falsehood, Theft, Non-Chastity, Heavy attachment to
possessions, 4. PASSIONS (910) These are mainly of 4 kinds, anger, prido
deooit and grood. Each of them, is subdivided into four . classes:(i) ERROFEEDING, ( qaranaqat which prevents right
belief and right realization of the soul'a purity. (ii) PARTIAL VOWS PREVENTING. ( 9969 oglalatu)
Which prevente adopting of five 'Anu Barta'. (iii) FULL VOWS PREVENTING, ( CTI ETrarqiy ) Which
prevents adopting of five vows (Maha Barta). (iv) PURE CONDUCT PREVENTING (fisqaa) Which does not allow to follow Muni Dharma.
Thus these 16 kinds of main passions when added to nine minor passions (1) Laughter. (2) Indulgence. (3) Nonindulgence. (4) Sorrow. (5) Fear. (6) Hate. (7) Masculind sex inclination. (8) Feminine sex inolination, (9) Neuter sex inolination, which work along with main passions: become twentyfive.
