Sitting forlorn, contemplative, trying to grasp - what exactly is this elusive thing called happiness?Was trying to jot thoughts as they were rushing through and I remembered this exercise we did a decade ago with my friend Divyaa where we wrote about what constituted happiness-While mine were more mundane, hers more existentialSo here is a synopsis As you read , please take a pen and paper and write down all that constitutes as happiness to you• Happiness is acceptance; unhappiness is in • Happiness is in surrender of 'happiness'; resistance
