The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
This Bimba was made by Melū, the wife of Saghdevarāj for her spiritual bliss with the precept of Jayakīrtisūri of Añchala Gaccha. ॥सं. १४८१ वर्षे माघ शुदि १० सोमे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञा. सुत्रीया धणपाल भार्या धाधलदे सु. सघदेवराजभार्या मेलू स्वश्रेयोर्थं श्री शीतलनाथ बिंबं कारितं श्री अंचलगच्छे श्री जयकीर्तिसूरिउपदेशेन प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्रीसूरिभिः ॥श्री॥

This Pañchatīrthì bronze image of Chandraprabhanāth with parikar is preserved in Munisuvrataswāmi Temple in Dhal's Pole in the Astodia area. This icon was made by Vya. Vijā with his wife Virülde[vi] for the bliss of his father Vya. Jogā. His mother's name was Jālhanades vī) and he belonged to Upakeśa caste. This Bimba was installed by Srī Pū jyasūri of Brahmāņi[a] Gaccha in V.S. 1481, Vaishakha vadi. 12, Ravi (i.e. Sunday, 15 April, 1425 A.D.)
॥सं. १४८१ वर्षे वैशाष वदि १२ रखौ उपकेश ज्ञातीय व्यव. जोगा भार्या जाल्हणदे पु. व्य. विजा भा. विरूलदे सहितेन पितृनिमित्तं श्री चंद्रप्रभनाथ बिंब का. प्र. ब्रह्माणी गच्छे भ. श्री पूज्यसूरिभिः ॥

This Panchatīrthi bronze image of Anantanāth with parikar is preserved in Padmaprabha Temple in Talia Pole of the Sarangpur Area. It was installed by the advice of Srījayakīrtisuri in V.S. 1481 (1424-25A.D.) for the spiritual bliss of Harashu (wile of Karsihā). She belonged to Shrīmālī caste.
