This Pañchatīrthì bronze image of Ādinātha with parikar is preserved in Chandraprabhaswami Temple in Shāntināth Pole, Kalupur. It was made by Do. Hemā, son of Man. Kaiyā and Karnū, along with his wife Dharamāi-and sons Pāsā, Jasā, Kīkā, Lalkana etc. This icon was installed by the advice of Simhadattasūri of Āgama gaccha in V.S. 1528, Māgha, va.di 13, Guru (i.e. Thursday, 7 Feb, 1472 A.D)
सं. १५२८ माघ व. १३ गुरौ मं. षांदा सु. मं. कइया भा. करणू पु.दो हेमा भा. धर्माई सु. पासाजसा कीकालटकणादि कुटुंबजुतेन श्री आदिनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं च आगमगच्छे श्री सिंहदत्तसूरीणामुपदेशेन ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Adinātha with parikar is preserved in Shāntinātha Temple in front of Shekh' Pado. It was installed by Lakşmisāgarasūri of Tapā in V.S. 1528, Ph[älguna), va.di (i.e. Sat., 7 March, 1472 A.D.) This Bimba was made by Nāthaka, son of Cāmpā and Lāsaņade, along with his wife Nāthī and son Manika. सं. १५२८ वर्षे फा. व. १३ कु. आभू. गा. साजणराज भार्या रणादे पु. चांपा भा. लाषणदे पु. पु. सा. नाथाकेन भार्या नाथीपुत्र माणिकादि कुटुंबयुतेन श्री आदिनाथबिंबं का. प्र. श्री तपा. श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिभिः।।
