The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad

This Pañchatīrihi bronze image of Ajitanātha parikar is preserved Shāntinātha Temple in Shekh's pado on the corner of Zaverivad. It was installed by Dharmmasāgarasūri of Pippla gaccha in V.S. 1539, Asādha, su.di. 10,Ravi (i.e. Sun., 15 June, 1483 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Sā. Mokala and his two woves melāde and Dharmāde for the bliss of father. Mokala was the son of sā Jesala and Jiyāde. This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Chandraprabhasvāmi with parikar is preserved in Neminātha Temple in Mansukhbhai Sheth's Pole. It was made by Bās, wife of Guņia, along with her daughter Jivi. Gunia was the son of Sre. Sura and Adhaku of Srivamsa. This icon was installed by Śrī sangha of Sri Añcala gaccheśa Jayakesarisūri in V.S. 1540, Vaišākha, shu.di. 10, Budha (i.e. Wed., 5, May, 1484 A.D.).. ॥ संवत् १५४० वर्षे वैशाख शुदि १० बुधे श्री श्रीवंशे श्रे. सूराभार्या अधकू पुत्र गुणीआ भार्या बाई पुत्री जीवी सहितया श्री अंचलगच्छेश श्री जयकेसरिणामुपदेशेन श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामीबिंब वास्त. कारि. प्र. श्री संघेन. गुणीआपुरा.

This Panchatirthi bronze image of Vāsu pūjyasvāmī with parikar is preserved in the shrine of Ajilanātha in Pachhia Pole of Kalu pur. It was made by Anandaka (son of Sre. Sāngā and Jasu of Upakeśa caste) for the bliss of his parents with the precept of Municandrasuri
