The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad

This chau vīsī bronze image of Sambhavanātha with parikar is preserved in Simandharasvāmī Temple in Indralot of Dodhivada's pole. It was made by Rūpāka along with his wife Rājalade, son Vardhamāna, Daughter in law Nāthī etc. family members for his own bliss. Rūpāka was the son of Vya. Cahimā and Lālī of Prăgvāța caste. The donor was the resident of Visanagara. This Bimba was installed by Sri Hemavimalasuri in the Patta of Paramaguru Tapā gacchanāyaka Srī Sumatisādhu sūri in V.S. 1571, Māgha, va.di. 1, Soma ( i.e. Mon., 29 Jan., 1515 A.D. according to the Amānta system of months.).
॥ संवत् १५७१ वर्षे । माघ वदि १ सोमे वीसनगर वास्तव्य । प्राग्वाट ज्ञातीय व्य. चहिमा भा.लाली सु. रूपाकेन भा. राजलदे सुत वर्धमान भा. नाथी भटां ॥ भार्या मालीसुत कमलसी प्रमुख कुटुंबयुतेन स्वश्रेयोर्थं श्री संभवनाथ चतुर्विंशति पट्टः कारितः । प्रतिष्ठित: तपा गच्छे श्री सुमतिसाधुसूरिपट्टे परमगुरुगच्छ नायक श्री हेमविमलसूरिभिः ।।

This Pañchatīrihī bronze image of Vāsupujyasvāmī with parikar is preserved in Neminātha Temple in Pada Pole, near Model Cinema, Khadia. It was made by Vastā and his wife Valhāde, for the bliss of his family. The donor was the inhabitant of Limbāsī. This Bimba was installed by Srīsūri of Agama gaccha in V.S. 1571, Caitra, va.di. 15, Guru (i.e. Thurs., 29 March, 1515 A.D. according to Kārttikādi calendar.).
॥ संवत् १५७१ वर्षे ॥ चैत्र सुदि १३ गुरु श्री उसवाल ज्ञातीय सा. हला भा. हेरादे सुत सा. धरणाकेन धरमादे पुत्र २ वस्ता भा. वल्हादे न स्व कुटुंब श्रेयोर्थं ।। श्री वासुपूज्यबिंबं का. प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री आगमगच्छे श्री सूरिभिः ।। लींबासी वास्तव्य पं. सिंहप्रभ :॥
