This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Adinatha with parikar is preserved in Adishvara Temple in Kasumbavada. It was made by Vela, Mānkā and Jogāka along with their wives Vihade, Hirade, Dhanade and sons. The donors were the sons of Amara and Kapūrade of Usavāla caste and resident of Majila village. This Bimba was installed by Śrīsūri in V.S. 1585, Vaisakha, su. di. 2, Sanivara (i.e. Sat. 10 April, 1529 A.D).
॥ संवत् १५८५ वर्षे । वैशाष शुदि २ शनिवारे ॥ उसवाल ज्ञाति ॥ सा. अमरा भार्या कपूर पुत्र वेला मांकाजोगाकैः भार्या वीहादे हीरादे धनादे पुत्र नासण प्रमुख कुटुंबयुतै: श्री आदिनाथबिंबं कारितं ॥ प्रतिष्ठितं श्रीसूरिभिः || माजिला ग्राम

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Padmaprabhasvāmī with parikar is preserved in Ajitanatha Temple in Vaghan Pole. It was made by Bhā. Virāka, son of Bhāvasāra Māmala and Rūli, along with his wife Nāka, son Jayavanta and his family, for their own bliss. This image was installed in V.S. 1586, Phalguana, va.di. 2, Ravi (i.e. Sun., 13 Feb. 1530 A.D.).
