The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
Devadās etc. family members for the bliss of cousin Sevā. The donor was the son of Du. Golā and Gangāde of Upakeśa caste and was inhabitant of Idara nagara. This icon was installed by Bhalläraka Śrī Śrī Śrī (Mahendrasūrī pi' Ilārija gaccha in V.S. 1595, Māgha, va.di. 2, Budha (i.e. Wed., 5 Feb., 1539 A.D.). ॥ संवत् १५३५ वर्षे माघ वदि २ बुधे ईडरनगर वास्तव्य उपकेश ज्ञातीय दु. गोला भार्या गंगादे पुत्र जिणदास भार्या जसमादे पु. पदा भ्राता देवदास प्रमुख समस्त कुटुंब युतेन जिणदासकेन पितृव्य शेवापुन्यार्थं श्री श्री: धर्मनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टि(ष्ठि)तं श्री हारैजगच्छे भट्टारक श्री श्री: महेन्द्रसूरिभिः । श्री शुभं भवतु ।।

This Chauvisi bronze iamage of Sambhavanātha is preserved in Sambhavanātha Temple in Khetarapala's Pole of the Kalu pur area. It was made by Sā. Panāka along with his wife Jaitī, for their own bliss. Panāka was the son of Sā. Tokarā and Suhāsiņi of Ūkeśa caste and resident of Ahimmadāvāda (Ahmedabad). This icon was installed by Sri Vijayadānasūri of Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1596, Vaisakha, Sukla Paksa 6, Soma (i.e. Mon., 12 April, 1540 A.D.). ।। संवत् १५९६ वैशाष मासे शुक्ल पक्षे ६ तिथौ सोमवारे श्री अहिम्मदावाद वास्तव्य । श्री उकेश ज्ञातीय । सा. टोकरा भार्या. सुहासिणि सुत । सा. पनाकेन भार्या. जइतीयुतेन आत्मश्रेयोर्थं । श्री श्रेयांसबिंबं कारितं । प्रतिष्ठितं च श्री तपागच्छे श्री विजयदानसूरिभिः ॥
