प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं पीपलगच्छे श्री पद्मतिलकसूरिभि: महिम्मदावादे ॥ श्री ।

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Chandraprabhasvāmī with parikar is preserved in Shamala Prashvanātha Temple in Shamala's pole. It was made by Ajāka, son of Sre. Samadhara and Kaī of śrīmāla caste, along with his wife Maragahi and sons, for their own bliss. This icon was installed by Bhattāraka Jayajagasūri of Jahāņā [Brahmana] gaccha in the pattaof Silagunasuri in V.S. 1570,Māgha, va.di. 13, Budha (i.e. Wed., 22 Feb., 1514 A.D.). ॥ संवत् १५७० वर्षे माघ वदि १३ बुधे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रे. समधर भा. कइ पु. अजाकेन भा. मरगहि पु. बोगामूलाकादि कुटुंबयुतेन स्वपुण्यार्थं श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामिबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री ब्रह्माणगच्छे श्री शीलगुणसूरिपट्टे भट्टारक श्री श्री जईगसूरिभिः रूपपुर वास्तव्य श्रीरस्तु ।।

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Chandraprabhasvāmī with parikar is preserved in Kunthunātha Temple in Laksminarayana Pole, Khadia. It was made by Ratnāka, son of Tha. Tejā and Vāli, along with his wife Hāpāi, son of Tha. Hāsā and Tha. Jasā etc. The donor belonged to Modha caste and was the inhabitant of Sripattana. This icon was installed by Sri Dhanaratnasūri in the Patta of Śrī Lakşmīsāgarasuri in V.S. 1570, Māgha, va.di. 13, Budha (i.e. Wed., 22 Feb., 1514 A.D. according to the Amānta system of months). ।। ए संवत् १५७० वर्षे माघ वदि १३ बुधे श्रीपत्तन वास्तव्य मोढ ज्ञातिय ठ. तेजा भार्या वाली सुत ठ. रत्नाकेन भार्या हापाई सुत ठ. हासा. ठ. जसायुतेन श्री चंद्रप्रभुस्वामिबिंब कारितं श्री वृद्धतपा पक्षे ।श्री रत्नसिंहसूरीणां संताने श्री उदयसागरसूरि श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरीणां पट्टे श्री धनरत्नसूरिभिः प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्रीरस्तुः।।
