The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
precept of Sri Dhanaratnasūri of Vrddha Tapa gaccha, for their own spiritual bliss. The donor was the son of Do. Ratna and Dharmai. Män. Tejā and Tejalade were the grand father and grand mother of the donor. They belonged to Śrīmāla caste. This Bimba was installed by Śrīsangha in V.S. 1570, Pausa va.di. 2, Guru (i.e. Thurs., 12 Jan., 1514 A. D. according to Amānta system of months ) .
॥ संवत १५७० वर्षे पो[पौ ] स [ष] वदि २ गुरौ श्री श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय मं. तेजा भार्या. तेजलदे सुत दो. रत्ना भा. धमाई दो. जेगा सुश्रावकेण भा. रंगादे सुत वेणा दो. अमरदत्तसहितेन वृद्धतपागच्छे श्री धनरत्नसूरिणामुपदेशेन स्वपुण्यार्थं श्री कुंथुनाथश्री कारितं ॥ प्रतिष्टि [ष्ठि ] तं श्रीसंघेन ॥ श्री शुभं भवतुं ॥

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Chandraprabhasvāmï with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanatha Temple in Kharakua's pole in Kalupur. It was made by Rūpā and Jasamāde, for the bliss of his father Prägvāṭa Sā. Kāvā and mother Sahijalade as well as his brother. This icon was installed by Bhaṭṭāraka Śrī Hemasimhasūri of Nagendra gaccha in V.S. 1570, Magha, su.di. 13, Bhume, (Tuesday, 7 Feb., 1514 A.D.).
॥ संवत् १५७० वर्षे माघ शुदि १३ भूमे श्री प्राग्वाट सा. कावा भार्या सहिजलदे पु. रूपा भा. जसमादे मातृपितृ भ्रातृ श्रेयोर्थं श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामिबिंबं कारापितं श्री नागेन्द्र गच्छे भट्टारक श्री हेमसिंहसूरिभिः ॥
