The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
घूसा सा. लषा प्रमुख कुटुंबयुतेन श्री मुनिसुव्रत चतुर्विंशति पट्टः कारितं आगमगच्छे श्री सागररत्नसूरिणामुदेशेन प्रतिष्टि [ष्ठि ] तं श्री अहिम्मदावाद वास्तव्य ॥

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Shitalanatha with parikar is preserved in Vasu pūjyasvāmī Temple in Rupasurchand's pole. It was installed by Hemavimalasuri of Tapa gaccha in V.S. 1568, Magha su.di. 5, Sukra (i.e Fri., 23 Jan., 1512 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Rājā, Nāthā and others, sons of Vardhaman and Sampūrī of Brahmāṇa gaccha, for the bliss of their parents. They were the inhabitants of Goriāvaḍa.

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Parshvanatha with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanatha Temple in Kalushah's pole Kalupur. It was made by Suśrāvakavīra, along with his sons Sīdhā, Medhā Mara, Ji etc. family members, for their own bliss. He was the son of Vagha and Vaijalade. This Bimba was installed by Sri Jayakalyaṇasuri in the patta of Tapā Śrī Kamalakalasasūri in V.S. 1568. Magha, su.di. 5, Sukra (i.e. Fri., 23 Jan., 1512 A.D.).
