स्वश्रेयसे श्री संभवनाथबिंब कारितं श्री तपापक्षे श्री धनरत्नसूरिभिः प्रतिष्ठितं ॥
834 This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Sambhavanātha is also preserved in the above mentioned Templé. It was made by San. Sāhisāka along with his wife Sahajalade and family. Sāhisāka was the son of Srimāla San. Hemā and Jānū. They were the resident of Harsapura. This icon was installed by Saubhāgyasāgarasuri of VỊddha Tapā Paksa in V.S. 1572 Phalguna, Su.di. 8, Soma (i.e. Mon., 11 Feb., 1516
A.D.)
॥ सं १५७२ वर्षे फा. सु. ८ भौम (?) हर्षपुर वास्तव्य श्री श्रीमालज्ञातीय सं. हेमा भा. जानू सुत सं. साहिसाकेन भार्या सहजलदे भागजिणदास प्र. कुटुंबयुतेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री संभवनाथबिंबं कारितं श्री वृद्धतपापक्षे श्री धनरत्नसूरि श्री सौभाग्यसागरसूरिभि: प्रतिष्ठितं ॥

This Panchatīrthi bronze image of Padmaprabha with parikar is preserved in Gaudījī Pārshvanātha Temple in Toker Shah's pole in the Jamalpur area. It was installed by Dhanaratnasūri, Saubhāgyasāgarasuri of VỊddha Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1572, Phālguņa su.di. 8, Soma (i.e. Mon. 11 Feb., 1516 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Do. Nāthāka, son of Doshi Mājā and Kală of Usavāla caste along with his wife Campāī and son Kāpā, for their own spiritual
bliss.
