This Chauvīsī bronze image of Adinātha with parikar is preserved in Sreyānsanātha Temple in Tankshala's Pole, It was made by Thākura, wife Cangā, brother Dāhyā, Lakāra, Nāku, Pākū and his wife Sahisā, Srīvant and his wives Hānsā as well as Varabāj etc. family members for their own spiritual bliss. Thākura was the son of Sre. Jivā and Rangi. Varasing and Valhāņade of Prāgvāta caste were Jīvā's grand-father and grand-mother. They were the resident of Visala Sre[nagara], This icon was installed by Srillemavimalasuri in the patta of Sri Laksmīsāgarasūri, Sri Sumatisādhusüri in V.S. 1555, Phālguna, Su.di. 2, Soma (i.e. Mon. II Feb., 1499 A.D.). ॥ संवत् १५५५ वर्षे फा. । शु २ सोमे वीसलन. वास्तव्य प्राग्वाट ज्ञातीय श्रे. वरसिंग भा. वल्हाणदे पुत्र श्री जीवा भा. रंगीपुत्र ठाकुरकेन भा. चंगा भ्रातृ डाह्या लकारनाकू पाकू भा. सहिसा श्रीवंत स्वभा. हांसा वरबाई प्रमुख कुटुंबयुतेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री आदिनाथ चतुर्विशतिपट्टबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठितं तपागच्छे श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिपट्टे श्री सुमतिसाधुसूरि तत्पट्टे श्री हेमविमलसूरिभिः ।।
