The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
was installed by Srīsūri in V.S. 1528 Magha, va.di. 5, Budha (i.e. Wed., I January, 1472 A.D. according to Purnimanta system of months.).
॥ ए. संवत १५२८ वर्षे माघ वदि ५ बुधे उकेस चदूआण गोत्रे भ. सामंत भा. भोली पुत्र भ. वदागीरी भा. लीलाई पुत्र पर्बत प्रमुख कुटुंबयुतेन श्री श्री संभवनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्ट[ष्ठि]तं श्रीसूरिभिः ॥ सीरोहीनगरे ।

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Vimalanätha parikar is preserved in the shrine of Ādīswara in Pārsvanātha Temple in Talia's pole in the Sarangpur area. It was installed by Jñāansāgarasuri of VỊddha Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1528, Māgha, su.di. 13, Guru. (i.e. Thurs., 23 Jan., 1472 A.D.). This icon was made by Pachāka son of Man. Thāku rasi and Meghalade of śrīmāla caste, along with his wife Primalade for their own bliss. सं. १५२८ वर्षे माघ सु. १३ गुरौ श्रीमाल ज्ञा. मं. ठाकुरसी भा. मेघलदे सु. पांचाकेन भा. प्रीमलदेयुतेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री विमलनाथबिंबं कारितं प्र. श्री वृद्धतपागच्छे श्रीज्ञानसागरसूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Sri Dharmanātha with parikar is preserved in the Sanctuary of Adīśvara in the Temple of Simandharaswāmī in Indrakot of Dosivada'S Pole. It was made by Sresthi Sonāka, son of Sre. Jesā and Rāmati with brother Jīvā. He belonged to Srī Vamśa and was inhabitant of Gūndīgrāma. This icon was installed by Sri samgha with the precept of Sri Añcala Gaccheśa Sri Jayakesarisuri in V.S. 1528,.Maghava.di.5, Guruti.e. Thursday, 30 Jan. 1472 A.D. according to the Amānta system of months.).
