This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Adinātha with parikar is preserved in Adisvara Temple in Panchabhai's pole, Ghee kanta. It was made by Sahisāka, son of Vira and Maakū, along with his wife pūtali and brother Srīpāla, Shānā etc. family members for the bliss of his father. Vīrā was the son of Sre. Sidha and Mākū of Srimala caste. This Bimba was installed with the precept of Sri Gunavīrasuri of Pūrņimā pakṣa in V.S. 1528, Jyestha, su.di. 5, Bhdha (i.e. Wed., 13 May 1472 A.D.). ॥ सं. १५२८ वर्षे ज्येष्ठ शुदि ५ बुधे श्रीमाल ॥ ज्ञातीय श्रे. सिधा भार्या माकू सुत वीरा भार्या मचकू सुत सहिसाकेन भा. पूतलि भ्रा. श्रीपालशाणादि कुटुंबयुतेन पितृश्रेयसे श्री आदिनाथबिंब श्री पूर्णिमापक्षे श्री गुण-वीरसूरिणामु. का. प्र. विधिना नागलपुर वास्तव्य ॥

This Panchatīrthì bronze image of Munisuvrataswami with parikar is preserved in Dharmanātha Temple, Gusā Parekh's Pole in
Mandvi's Pole. It was installed by Srisuriin V.S. 1528,Jya[Jyestha] 'su [di]. 5 (i.e. Wed., 13 May, 1472 A.D.J. This icon was made by Kurāk, son of Rāul and Vāchū of Prāgvāt caste, along with his wife Dhāru and sons Bhima, Sīha etc. They were inhabitant of Usīņa.
