This Pañchatīrthe bronze image of Sumatinātha with Pariar is preserved Sambhavanātha Temple Kalushah's Pole, Kalupur. It was made by Sā. Melā, along with his wife Nāi, sons Vanāku, Bhāiā etc. family members for the bliss of his parents, as well as for his own bliss. Samadhara, Sāīyā, Mālā and Melā were the sons of Sā. Limbā and Machi. The donors were inhabitants of Sīmbāliagrāma. This icon was installed by Śrī Simghasüri with the precept of Munivardhanasūri in V.S. 1530, Phālguna, su.di. 2, Sukravāra (i.e. Friday, 18 February, 1474 A.D.) ॥ संवत् १५३० वर्षे फागु. सुदि २ शुक्र उपल सा. लींबा भा. मची पु. समधरसाईया माला. मेला तेषु सा. मेला भा. नाई पु. वनाकू भाईआ प्र. कुटुंबयुतेन मातृपितृ स्वश्रेयोर्थं श्री सुमतिनाथ बिंब कारितं उप. सिद्धा. प्रति श्री सिंघसूरिभि: मुनिवर्धनसूरि उप ॥ सीबलीया ग्राम ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Munisuvrataswāmī with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanātha Temple in Kharakua's Pole in Kalupur Area. It was made by Man. Jhäjhäka, son of Mantri Kelhā and Mandoari, with his wife Jasamāde and family. He belonged to Pragvata caste. This icon was installed by Bhā. Sri Laksmīsagarsūri of Tapā Paksa in V.S. 1530, Chaitra, va.di. 5, Guruvāra (i.e. Thursday, 7 April, 1464 A.D.)
