The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
preserved in Sambhavanatha Temple in Kharakua's Pole, Kalu pur. It was made by Man Kaçuāka with his wife Pūtali and brother Baduā etc. family members for the bliss of his father Sahasā. The donor was the son of Suhasini. Macakū was the first wife of Sahasā. They belonged to Prāgvāļa caste and were the resident of Ahammadāvāda
Ahmdedabad). This icon was installed by Tapā gaccha Nayaka Sri Laksmisāgarasuri in V.S. 1535, Magha, shu.di. 9, Soma (i.e. Mon., I February, 1479 A.D.).
॥ सं. १५३५ वर्षे माह शु. ९ सोमे प्रा. मं. सहसा भा. मट[च]कू सुहासिणि सुत मं. कडूआकेन भा. पूतलि भ्रातृ बडूआदि कुटुंबयुतेन पितृश्रेयसे श्री नमिनाथबिंबं का. प्रति. तपागच्छनायक श्री श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिभिः । अहम्मदावादे ।

This Pañchatīrthi bronze of Chandraprabhaswami with parikar is preseved in Sambhavanātha Temple in Nagajibhudhar's Pole. It was installed by Jinaratnasūri of Bhāvaderā gaccha in V.S. 1535, Māgha (i.e. 24 Jan. - 21 Feb., 1479 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Șetāka, son of Sre(sthi) Sahisā and Sahijalade of śrīmāla caste, along with his wife Lilu, for the bliss of his own self. ॥ सं. १५३५ वर्षे माह मासे श्री श्रीमाली ज्ञातीय श्रे. सहिसा भा. सहिजलदे सुत षेताकेन भा. लीलू सहितेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामिबिं का. प्र. भावगुरुणा श्री जिनलसूरिभि: कुलगुरु भावडहेरागच्छ ॥
