The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad

This Pañchalsrihi bronze image of Dharmanātha with parikar is preserved in Kunthunātha Temple in Surdas sheth's Pole. It was installed by Gunadevasūri of Nāgendra gaccha in V.S. 1533, Māgha su.di. 5 Ravi. (i.e. Sunday, 19 Jan., 1477 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Asāka (son of Ma. Samarā and Rāņi of Prāgvāļa caste. along with his wife Vīdoo, for the merit of his father and mother and also of his own. The donor was inhabitant of Sāntalpura.
सं. १५३३ वर्षे माघ शु. ५ रवौ श्री प्राग्वाट ज्ञा.म. समरा भा. राणी सु. आसाकेन भा. वीडू पितृमातृनिमित्तं आत्मश्रेयसे श्री धर्मनाथबिंबं का. प्रतिष्ठितं श्री नागेंद्र गच्छे श्री गुणदेवसूरिभिः सांतलपुर वास्तव्य :।।

This Pañchatīrthĩ bronze image of Dharmanātha with parikar is preserved in Adīśvar Temple in Kasu mbavad, Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Sa. Cadaka, son Nathu and Hansi, with his wife somi, Son Jina etc., for his own bliss. This icon was installed by Sri Jayakesarisūri of Añcala gaccha in V.S. 1533. Māgha su.di. 13, Soma (i.e. Mon., 27 Jan., 1477 A.D) at Muhāi Grāma. ॥ संवत् १५३३ वर्षे माघ सु १३ सो. प्राग्वाट सं. नाथु भार्या हांसीपुत्र सा. चादाकेन भा. सोमीपुत्र जिणादियुतेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री धर्मनाथबिंबं का. प्र. अंचलगच्छे श्री जयकेसरीसूरिभि: मुहाई ग्रामे ।।
