The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
॥ सं. १५२१ वर्षे माघ शुदि १३ गुरु श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय थे. जोगा भा. हांसलदे सु. साहकेन निजमातृभ्रातृ श्रेयोर्थं आत्मश्रेयसे श्री कुंथुनाथबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्टि (ष्ठि) तं पिष्पलगच्छे भ. श्री उदयदेवसूरिपट्टे श्री श्री रत्नदेवसूरिभिः दंतीयाणावास्तव्य श्रीः ॥

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Sha[sa]ambhavanatha with parikar is preserved in the Deri of Rishabhadeva in the shrine of Sambhavanath in Adishvara Temple in Vaghan Pole. It was installed by Lakṣmisagarasuri of Tapa gaccha in the Pattavali of Ratnasekharasuri in V.S. 1521, Vai[shakha], su[di]. 3 (i.e. Mon., 9 April, 1464 A.D.). This icon was made by Vasasinga [son of Sītū and Soma of Pragvāța caste], along with his wife Kapūrī, for the bliss of his brother Vastā.

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Abhinandananatha with parikar is preserved in the Chintamani Parshvanath Temple in Devasha's Pado, near Calico Dome, Relief Road. It was made by Hanśāka, son of Mela and Māņikide, for the bliss of his father. Sresthi Līṣā and Dharani were the grand father and grand mother of the donor. They belonged to Brahmāṇa gaccha and Śrīmāla caste. This icon was installed by Srivimalasūri at Vasada Grāma in V.S. 1521, Caitra, va.di. 9, Sukra (i.e. Friday, 19 April, 1465 A.D.).
