॥ संवत ॥ १५२५ वर्षे चैत्र शुदि ३ गुरु श्री श्रीमालज्ञातीय मंत्री वाघा भा. लाभू सु. शवा भा. नामू सु आसा भा.मातृपितृव्य बीमा कान्हा निमित्तं आत्मश्रेयसे श्री श्रेयांसनाथ बिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं श्री नागेन्द्रगच्छे श्री गुणदेवसूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Vāsu pū jyaswāmi with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanāth Temple in Kulusha's pole, Kalupur. It was made by Udāka, son of Sā. Harabhama and Hānsi of Prāgvāta caste, for his own spriritual bliss. This icon was installed by Sri Laksmīsāgarasuri, a pupil of Sri Somasundarasūri in V.S. 1525, Caitra, su.di, 8 Guru (i.e. Thursday, 31 March, 1468 A.D.) The donor was the inhabitant of Särangapura. ॥ सं. १५२५ वर्षे चैत्र शुदि ८ गुरु पूज्ये सारंगपुर वास्तव्य प्राग्वाट ज्ञातीय सां. हरभम भा. हांशीपुत्र सा. उदाकेन आत्मश्रेयसे श्री वासुपूज्यबिंब का. प्र. तपागच्छनायक श्री श्री श्री सोमसुंदरसूरिशिष्य श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिभिः ।।

This Pañchartīths bronze image of Shreyānsanātha with parikar is preserved in Simandharaswāmi Temple in Indrakot of Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Somā, Bhojā and Tejä, son of Lāsā and Mānkū, for the bliss of their father Sreşthi Lāsā. They belonged to Hunbada caste and Saratara Gotra. Dosī Delhā and lemāde were the grandfather and grandmother of the donors. This icon was installed by Jñānasāgarasūri in Dungarapura in V.S. 1525, Caitra, va.di. 10 Guru (i.e. Thursday, 6 April, 1469 A.D.). ॥ सं. १५२५ वर्षे चैत्र व. १० गुरौ हुंबड ज्ञातीय षरतरगोत्रे दोसी नीपादेल्हाभार्या
