The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
preserved in Kunihunāth Temple in Laksminarayana Pole, in Raja
Maheta's Pole, It was made by Man. Khetaka, son of Man. Jesa and Vānu, with his wife Amaku and other family members. They belonged to Ukeśa caste and were the inhabithant of Kuā grāma. This icon was installed by Srī Rainasekharasūri of Tapā gaccha in Sivaligrāma in V.S. 1525, Phālguna, su_di. 7 (i.e. Sat., 18 Feb., 1469 A.D.).
॥ सं. १५२५ वर्षे फा. शुदि ७ उकेश ज्ञातीय कुआ ग्राम वा वासि मं. जेसा भा. वानू पुत्र मं. खेताकेन भा. अमकु चांद्रसनीया सु. भ्रातृ माकुड भा. डाही प्र. कुटुंबयुतेन श्री नेमिनाथबिंब का. प्र. तपागच्छे श्री रत्नशेखरसूरिपट्टे श्री लक्ष्मीसागर शिवलि [ग्रामे ॥

This Panchatīrthi bronze image of Sreyānāth with parikar is preserved in Chintamani Parshvanātha Temple in Devasha's pado, near Calico Dome, Relief Road. It was made by Kānhā, son of Pacchā and Rājū along with his wife Ramãi, for his own bliss. Pāchhā was the son of Man. Devarāja and Varajū of Prāgvāța caste. This icon was installed by Sri Laksmīşāgarasuri in the patļa of Sri Ratnasekharasūri of Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1525, Phālguna su.di., 7, Sani (i.e. Sat., 18 Feb., 1469 A.D.).
॥ संवत् १५२५ वर्षे फागुण शु ७ शनौ प्राग्वाट ज्ञातीय मं. देवराज भा वरजू सुत पाछा भा. राजूसुत कान्हाकेन भार्या रमाईयुत[ते]न स्वश्रेयोर्थं श्री श्रेयांसनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं तपागच्छे श्री रत्नशेखरसूरिपट्टे श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिभिः । शुभं भवतु ॥
