The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
installed by Laksmisāgarasuri of Tapā [gaccha] in V.S. 1523, Vai[sakha], su[di]. 3, Sani. The week-day does not tally with the lithi here. The correct tithi should be 7. In that case the modified date would correspond to Saturday, 11 April, 1467 A.D.
This icon was made by Dhanāka son of Karmana and Laşam[i]], along with his wife Lāli and his son and grand son for their own bliss. The donors were inhabitants of Sīhunja village and belonged to Prāgvāța caste. सं. १५२३ वर्षे वै. शु. ३ शनौ श्री सीहुंजंग्राम वास्तव्य प्राग्वाटज्ञातीय श्रे. कर्मण भा. लषमपुत्र श्रे. धनाकेन भा. लालीपुत्र सालिग भा. अणुंअरिपुत्र सिवादि कुटुंबयुतेन स्वश्रेयोर्थं श्री शीतलनाथ बिंबं का. प्र. तपा श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिभिः ॥छ ।

This Pañchatīrthĩ bronze image of Sumatinātha with parikar is preserved in the shrin of Dharmanāth in Pachhia Pole, Kalu pur. It was installed by Srīļsūri in V.S. 1523, Vaišākha, su.di. 9. Soma. (i.e. Monday, 13 April, 1467 A.D.). This icon was made by Ugama and Mahirāja, sons of Melă and Jaitū of Srimāla caste, for the bliss of his cousin brother Jogā as per the advice of Rājatilakasūri. संवत् १५२३ वर्षे वैशाख शुदि ९ सोमे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञा. मेलाभार्या जइतूसुत उगममहिराजाभ्यां पितृव्यजोगाश्रेयसे श्री सुमतिनाथ पंचतीर्थी कारापितं श्री राजतिलकसूरीणामुपदेशेन प्रतिष्ठितं सूरिभिः ॥
