The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad

This Panchatirthi bronze image of Abhinandanatha with parikar is preserved in Devasha's Pado, near Calico Dome on the Relief Road. It was made by Man. Asāka with his brothers Sahasā, Ratnā etc. family members for the bliss of their father Śre. Pūnā. Pūnāde was their mother. They belonged to Śrīmāla caste and were the inhabitant of Ambasaṇa. This icon was made with the precept of Śrī Amararatnasūri of Agama gaccha in V.S. 1524, Vaisakha (ie April - May, 1468 A.D).
संवत् १५२४ वर्षे वैशाष मासे अंबासण वास्तव्य श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रेष्टि [[ष्ठ ] पूना भार्या पूनादे सुत मं. आसाकेन भातृ सहसारत्नादि कुटुंबयुतेन पितृ श्रेयसे आगमगच्छे श्री अमररत्नसूरिगुरुपदेशेन श्री अभिनंदनाथादि पंचतीर्थी कारिता ॥

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Dharmanatha with parikar is preserved in Kunthunatha Temple in Laksminarayana Pole, Khādia. It was made by Vya. Javada, son of Prāgvāta Vya. Sahaja and Vāchu, along with his sons Sahapā, Vīsă etc. family members, for their own bliss. This icon was installed by Śrī Lakṣmīsāgara in the Patta of Śrī Ratnaśekharasūri in V. S. 1525, Margasirsa, su.di. 10 (i.e. Friday, 25 Nov., 1468 A.D.).
।। सं. १५२५ वर्षे मार्ग. शुदि १० प्राग्वाट व्य. सहजा भा. वाछु पु. व्य. जावडेन भा. डाहीसुत भाला धार पुत्रो सहपावीसादि कुटुंबयुतेन श्रेयोर्थं श्री धर्मनाथबिंबं कारि. प्रति तपागच्छेश श्री रत्नशेखरसूरिपट्टे श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिभिः ॥
