॥ संव. १५२२ वर्षे कार्तिक वदि ४ गुरु श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रे. मना भा. पाकू सु. रहीया भा. माहीपितृ मातृ पुण्यार्थं आत्मश्रेयसे श्री सुमतिनाथबिंबं का. प्र. श्री पिप्पलगच्छे श्री गुणदेवसूरिपट्टे श्री श्री चंद्रप्रभसूरिभिः प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं । गलाणा वास्तव्य ॥

This Pañchatīrthì bronze image of Dharmmanātha with parikar is preserved in Munisuvrataswāmi Temple in Dhal's Pole, Astodia. It was made by Sā. Jethāka, along with his wife Jasamāde, sons Simā, Megharāja, Şimarāja, his wife Şimalade, son Jinadāsa etc. family members. Jethāka was the son of Sā. Cāṁpā and Nītāde of Ukeśa Varša. They were the inhabitants of Mahūvā. This icon was installed by Sri Laksmişāgarasuri in the Pattāvali of Tapā Sri Ratnasekharasuri in V.S. 1522, Magha, va.di. 1, Guru (i.e. Thurs., 2 Jan., 1466 A.D.). ॥ संव. १५२२ वर्षे मा. व. १ गुरौ महूवावासि ऊकेश सा. चांपा भा. नीतादे पु. सा. जेठाकेन भा. जसमादे पु. षीमामेघराजषीमराजभार्या षीमलदे पुत्र जिनदास प्रमुख कुटुंबयुतेन श्री धर्मनाथबिंबं का. प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं तपा श्री रत्नशेखरसूरिपट्टे श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिभिः ॥ श्रीरस्तु ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Adinātha with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanāth Temple in Lunasavada Moti Pole, Delhi Chakala. It was made by Somāka, son of Vya. Sāvā and Kapūri, along with his wife Sasī, son Bajā and other family members etc. for the bliss of his brother Kuirasī. The donor was the inhabitant of Samī. This icon was installed with the precept of Sri Punyaratnasūri of Purnimā Paksa in V.S. 1522, Māgha, su.di. 5, Soma (i.e. Mon., 20 Jan., 1466 A.D.).
