The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Chandraprabhaswāmī with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanāth Temple in Lunasavada Moti pole, of the Delhi Chakala area. It was made by Bholī, wife of Sahide for her own bliss. Sahide was the son of Man. Vīkā and Vāchú of Srīmāla caste. The donor was the inhabitant of Vārāhī. This icon was installed by Sri Guņatilakasūri of Pūrņimā gaccha in the Pattāvali of Srī Mahītilakasūri in V.S. 1521, Vaišākha, su.di. 3, (i.e. Sunday, 28 April, 1465 A.D.). ।। सं. १५२१ वर्षे वैशाख शु. ३ श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञा. मं. वीका भा. वाछू सुत सहिदे भार्या भोलीनाम्न्या स्वश्रेयो) श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामिबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि] तं पूर्णिमागच्छे श्री महीतिलकसूरिपट्टे श्री गुणतिलकसूरिभि: वाराही वास्तव्य श्री ॥

This Pañchatīrthĩ bronze image of Dharmmanātha with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanāth Temple in Lunasavada Moti Pole, Delhi Chakala. It was made by Dedhara, along with his wife Delhanade, son Jīvā, Sürā, the son of his elder brother Samadhara etc. family members. The donor was the inhabitant of Ahammadāvāda[Ahmedabad). This icon was installed by Śrī Laksmisāgarasuri in V.S. 1521, Vaisakha, su.di. 3, (i.e. Sunday, 28 April, 1465 A.D.). ॥ सं. १५२१ वर्षे वै. शु. ३ ऊकेश ज्ञातीय सा. राजा भा. राजलदे सुत सा. देधरेण भा. देल्हणदे पु. जीवा ज्येष्ठ भ्रातृ समधर सुत सूरादि कुटुंबयुतेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री धर्मनाथबिंब का. प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री तपागच्छे श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिभिः श्री अहम्मदावाद वास्तव्येन श्रीरस्तु ॥
