The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
Harapati, for the bliss of their uncles Bhāvāda, Harāja and parents. Jīvā was the son of Srīmāla Maham. Ratnā and Rūdī. This icon was installed by Srī Kamalacandrasūri of Nāgendra gaccha in V.S. 1521, Māgha, su.di. 5, Budhavāra (i.e. Wed., 2 Jan., 1465 A.D.)
॥ सं. १५२१ वर्षे माघ सुदि ५ बुधे । श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय महं. रत्ना भा. रूडी पुत्र जीवा भा अमकु. पु. हरपतियुतेन पितृव्य भावाड हराज मातृपितृ श्रेयोर्थं श्री धर्मनाथबिंब कारापितं श्री नागेन्द्रगच्छे श्री कमलचंद्रसूरिभि: प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं । घूमा ग्रामे ॥

This Pañchatīrthĩ bronze image of Sambhavanātha with parikar is preserved in Shreyānsanāth Temple in Shamala Pole. It was made by Pānāka (son of Haradhā and Jamaku), along with his brother Lașā, Inā and Devā, for the bliss of his wife Pūnāde, with the advice of Jayakesarisūri of Añcala gaccha in Pārasvaranagar. This Bimba was installed by Śrīsangha in V.S. 1521, Māgha, su.di. 13, Guru (Thurs., 10 Jan., 1465 A.D.). The donor's Gotra was Mithadia and he belonged to Ukesa caste. सं. १५२१ वर्षे माघ सुदि १३ गुरौ श्री उकेसवंशे मीठडीया गोत्रे ।। व्य. हरधा भा. जमकु पुत्र पानाकेन भ्रातृ लषाईनादेवा सहितेन भार्या पूंनादे श्रेयोर्थं श्री अंचलगछेश श्री जयकेसरिसूरिणामुपदेशेन श्री संभवनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं संघेन पारस्वरनगर ।

This Panchatīrthī bronze image of Kunthunath with parikar is preserved in Shāntināth Temple in Panchbhai's Pole, Ghee Kanta. It was made by Sāhaka, son of Srīmālī Sre. Jogā and Hānsalade, for the bliss of his mother and brother as well as for his own spiritual bliss. The donor was the inhabitant of Dantīyāņā. This icon was installed by Sri Ratnadevasūri of Pippala gaccha in the Pattāvali of Sri Udayadevasūri in V.S. 1521, Māgha, su.di. 13, Guru (i.e. Thursday, 10 Jan., 1465 A.D.).
