This Chauvisi bronze image of Adināth with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanāth Temple in Kharakuva's Pole, Kalu pur. It was made by Samadhara Suśrāvaka with his wife Akü and sons Mänika and Campā for his own bliss. He was the son of Māndaņa and Hārsū. Devada and Deualde were the grand father and grand mother of the donor. This icon was made by the advice of Sri Jayakesarisūri of Añchala gaccha and installed by Srisangha in V.S. 1516, Kärttika, va.di. 2, Ravi (i.e. Sunday, 11 Nov., 1459 A.D.). ॥ संवत् १५१६ कार्तिक वदि २ रवौ श्री श्री वंशे ५. देवड भा. देवलदे पु. ५. मांडेण भा. हांसू पुत्र परा. समधरसुश्रावकेण भा. अकूपुत्र माणिक चांपा सहितेन श्री अंचलगच्छे गुरु श्री जयकेसरिसूरिणामुपदेशेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री आदिनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री संघेन । श्रीः ॥

This Panchatīrthi bronze image of Padmaprabhaswāmi with parikar is preserved in the shrine of Shāntināth in Ghanchi Pole. It was installed by Srisangha in V.S. 1516, Kārttika, va.di. 2, Ravi., (i.e. Sun., 12 November, 1459 A.D.). This icon was made by Jhānjhū, the wife of Do. Vardhamāna, [who was a Shravikā], along with her family, with the counsel of Jayakesarisūri of Añchala gaccha. ॥ सं. १५१६ कार्तिक व. २ रवौ श्री श्री वंशे मं. गांगा भा. गंगादे पुत्र्या दो. पेपा भा. पाहल्णदे सुत दो. वर्धमान पत्न्या झांझू सुश्राविकया स्वश्रेयसे सुत पेता भार्या रंगी सुत मेघा सहितया श्री अंचलगच्छ गुरु श्री जयकेसरिसूरिणां उप श्री पद्मप्रभ बिं. का. प्र. संघेन ।
