This Pañchatīrthì bronze image of Chandraprabhaswami with parikar is preserved in Shāmalā Pārshvanäih Temple in Shāmalā Pole. It was made by Sihāk [of Shrimali caste], for the bliss of his parents. He was an inhabitant of Kīsal. This icon was installed by Śrīsūri in V.S. 1515, Vaishākha, va.di. 2, Guru.(i.e. Thurs. 19 April, 1459 A.D.). । संवत १५१५ वर्षे वैशाखवदि २ गुरु श्री श्रीमालज्ञातीय पितृ देवाईत मातृ लाडी श्रेयोर्थं सुत. सीहाकेन भ्रात..... श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामि बिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्रीसूरिभिः ॥ कीसलवास्तव्यः ।

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Suvidhināth with parikar is preserved in Shāntināth Temple in Dada Saheb's Pole, Calico Dome, Relief Road. It was made by Manāka, son of Vairasī and Laşamāde of Śrīmāla caste for the bliss of his mother. This Bimba was installed by Srī Dhanaprăbhasūri of Madhukara gaccha in V.S. 1515, Jyestha su.di., 5, Soma (i.e. Mon., 7 May, 1459 A.D.). The donor was inhabitant of Dākasī. ॥ सं. १५१५ वर्षे ज्येष्ठ(ष्ठ) शुदि ५ सोमे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय सं. वइरसी भा. लष्मादे सु. मनाकेन पु. मातृश्रेयोर्थं श्री सुविधिनाथबिंब का. प्र. मधुकरगच्छे श्री धनप्रभसूरिभि: डाकसी वास्तव्य ।
