The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
संवत् १५१३ वर्षे प्राग्वाट व्य. विरूआ भा. मेयूपुत्र व्य. नीसलेन भा. रहीभ्रातृ पांचावादादि कुटुंबयुतेन श्री श्रेयांसजिन बिंबं स्वश्रेयसे कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं तपागच्छे श्री सोमसुंदरसूरि श्री मुनिसुंदरसूरि शिष्य श्री रत्नशेखरसूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Chandraprabhaswāmi with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanāth temple in Kalushah's Pole, Kalupur. It was made by Sa. Lāşāka, son of Bāhada and Vīlha. Bahada was the son of Sa. Kamalasi and Karamani (Karmini) of Srimala caste and Jivarī Gotra. This icon was installed by Mahitilakasūri(of Dharma Ghosa gaccha) in V.S. 1514, Vaishākha, su.di 2, Soma (i.e. Mon., 25 April, 1457 A.D.). ।। संवत् १५१४ वर्षे वैशाष सुदि २ सोमे श्रीमाल ज्ञा. जीवरीगोत्रे सा. कमलसी भा. करमणिषु. बाहड भा. वील्ह पु. सा लाषाकेन चंद्रप्रभबिंबं धर्मघोषगच्छे प्र. महीतिलकसूरि ।

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Vimalanăth with parikar is preserved in Chintamaņi Pārshvanāth Temple in Vaghan Pole. It was installed by Munichandrasuri of Brahamangacchan V.S. 1514, Ashādha, su.di. 5, Ravi. (i.e. Sun., 26 June, 1457 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Visāka, son of Shresthi Bhojā and Bhāvalde, along with his wife and sons, for the bliss of his parents and their own self. They belonged to Shrîmāla caste. ।। सं. १५१४ वर्षे आषाढ सुदि ५ रवौ श्री श्रीमालज्ञातीय श्रे. भोजा भा. हचकूटि. भावलदे सुत वीसाकेन भार्या मेघ सुत मांकापाता [?] युतेन पितृ-मातृ श्रेयो) आत्मश्रेयसे च श्री विमलनाथादि चतुर्विंशतिपट्टः कारित: ब्रह्माण गच्छे श्री मुनिचंद्रसूरिभिः । गोईया वास्तव्य ॥
