preserved in Adishvar Temple in Kasumbavad, Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Śre. Säma and his wife llarsū, along with his sons Cuñdā, Vāghā Doda, his wife Vaijalade and Vārū, wife of Dada, for the bliss of their forefathers with the precept of Śrī Punyacandrasūri of Pūrņīmā Pakşa. This Bimba was installed by Sri Vijayacandrasūri in V.S. 1513, Pausa, va.di.9, Sukra (i.e. Friday, 29 Dec., 1458 A.D.) according to Amānta system of Months. । संवत् १५१५ वर्षे पोस वदि ९ शुक्रे प्राग्वाट श्रे. सामा भा. हळूपुत्र चुंडा वाघादोडा भा. वइजलदे दो. भा. वारू । पूर्वज श्रेयसे श्री विमलनाथबिंब का. श्री साधुपूर्णिमा पक्षे पून्य श्री पुण्यचंद्रसूरीणामुपदे। शेन प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री विजयचंद्रसूरिणा विधिना श्रावकैः ॥

This Pañchatīrthĩ bronze image of Chandraprabhaswāmī with parikar is also preserved in above said temple. This icon was made by Sre. Mepaka and his wife Sālhā for the bliss of his parents. Mepaka was the son of Sre. Anā and Karmāde of Srimāla caste. They were the resident of Rudasara [?]. This Bimba was installed by Sri Simhadattasūri of Agama gaccha in V.S. 1515, Māgha, su.di. 1, Sukra (i.e. Fridy, 5 Jan., 1459 A.D.). ॥ सं.१५१५ वर्षे माघ सुदि १ शुक्रे रुद्रसर [?] वास्तव्य श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रे. अना भा. करमादे सुत श्रे. मेपक । भार्या साल्हा मातृपितृ श्रेयसे श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामिबिंब कारितं श्री आगमगच्छे श्री सिंहदत्तसूरिभि प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं ॥
