This Panchatīrthi bronze image of Dharmanāth with parikar is preserved in Vāsu pujyaswami Temple in Rupa Surchand's Pole. This Bimba was made by Gopāl of Shrimālī caste for the bliss of his forefather Shresthi Laşamasī by the counsel of Srīsūri in V.S 1496, Phalguna vadi. 2, Shani (i.e. Sat., 20 Feb., 1440 A.D.). His Native place was Pethapur. संवत १४९६ वर्षे फा. वदि २ शनौ श्री श्रीमा..... ज्ञा. कुरपाल भा. कर्मणि सुत ।। गोपालेन पिता: श्रे. पूर्वजलषमसी । निमित्तं श्री धर्मनाथ बिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री सुरीणामुपदेशेन विधिना । पेथापुर वास्तव्य ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Chandraprabhaswami with parikar is preserved in Shāntināth Temple in Devasha's Pado, Calico Dome, Relief Road. It was made by Shre. Dhanā and Dhanāde of Ukeśa (Vamśa), along with his son Nīsala and his wife Nāmalde and their son etc. for the bliss of his brother Jhānjhana. This Bimba was installed by Srī Somasundarsūri of Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1496, Vaishäkha shudi. 12, (i.e. Thursday, 14 April, 1440 A.D.). ॥ सं. १४२६ वैशा. शु. १२ ऊकेश श्रे(s) धना भा. धनादे सुत नीसलदे भा. नामलदे पुत्र कान्हादिकुटुंबढ़तेन भ्रात झांझण श्रेयोर्थं श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामि बिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं तपागच्छे श्रीमत श्री सोमसुंदरसूरिभिरिति चंद्र ॥
