समधरेण स्वश्रेयोर्थं श्री वर्धमानबिंबं कारितं प्र. तपागच्छनायक श्री रत्नशेखरसूरिभिः अहमदावादे ||

This Pañchatirthī bronze image of Adinath with parikar is preserved in Adishwar Temple in Vagheshwar Pole. It was installed by Jinachandrasuri of Kharatara gaccha [in the Pattavaliī of Jinarājasūri] V.S. 1509, Margashirsha, sudi 6, (ie. Fri, 17 Nov., 1452 A.D.). The Bimba was made by Jīvā and Hāsā, sons of Delha and Desuṇade of Kakariya gotra in Ükesha Vamsha, for the religious merit of their own parents.

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Shantideva with parikar is preserved in Padmaprabha Jinālaya in Talia Pole of the Sarangpur area. It was installed by Jinachandrasuri of Kharatara gaccha in the Pattāvali of Jinarājsūri in V.S. 1509, Margashirsa, sudi 6, (i.e. Friday, 17 November, 1452 A.D). This Bimba was made by Sa. Khimaraj, son of Naniga and Sampūrī of Maghālaa gotra in Shrīmāl Vamsha, for the bliss of his father.
एर्द० ॥ संवत् १५०९ वर्षे मागसिर सुदि ६ दिने श्रीमाल वंशे मघालगोत्रे सा. रएसिसंताने सा. नानिगभार्या संपूरी तत्पुत्र सा. षीमराजेन स्वपितृपुण्यार्थं श्री शांतिदेवबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्टि [ष्ठि]तं श्री खरतरगच्छे श्री जिनराजसूरिपट्टे श्री जिनचंद्रसूरिभिः ॥ श्री ॥
