This Panchatirthi bronze image of Vasupujyaswami with parikar is preserved in Shantinath Temple in Harikishansheth's Pole in Mandavi's Pole. It was installed by Simhadattasuri of Agama gaccha in V.S. 1512, Magha, su.di. 5, Soma. (i.e. Mon., 12 Jan., 1456 A.D.). This icon was made by Srāvaka Megha [son of Simha and Vāchū of Śrīmāl caste] along with his wife Changai, son Jivana and brother Bala, for the bliss of his brother Pata.

संवत १५१२ वर्षे माह शुदि ५ सोमे श्री श्रीमालवंशे सा. जटासिंह भा. जासलदे पु. सिंहाभा. वाछू पु. मेघासु श्रावकेण भा. चंगाई पुत्र जीवण भ्रातृ बला सहितेन भ्रा. पता श्रेयसे श्री वासुपूज्य बिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्टि (ष्ठि) तं श्री आगमगच्छे श्री सिंहदत्तसूरिभिः ।

This Panchatirthi bronze image of Shreyansanatha with parikar is preserved in Adishvar Temple in Kasumbavad in Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Karma, Hemā and Govinda for their own bliss. They were the sons of Ma. Jaga and Tabakū. Man. Varasing and Seu were the grandfather and grandmother of the donors. This Bimba was installed by Tapa Bhattāraka Śrī Jinaratnasūri in V.S. 1512, Magha, su.di., 10, Sani (i.e Sat., 17 Jan., 1456 A.D.).
