The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
gaccha (from Vadudrā) in V.S. 1513, Chaitra, va.di. 6, Sukra. (i.e. Friday, 15 April, 1457 A.D.). This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Sambhavanāth with parikar is preserved in Shantināth Temple in Devasha's Pado, Near Calico Dome, Relief Road. It was made by Vīrā and Lasamaņa with their wives Gāngi and Laşamāde. They were the sons of Sre. Vairasī and Kāku. Their other brothers were Sāmā and Sāmala. The donors belonged to nāgara caste and were the inhabitant of VỊddhanagara [Vadnagar]. This Bimba was installed by Srisuri in V.S. 1513, Vaisakha, and Somavāra. The Pakșa and tithi are not mentioned in the inscription. The equivalent date may be Monday, 25 April, 1457 A.D. ॥ संवत् १५१३ वर्षे वै. वार सोमे वृद्धनगरवासि नागरज्ञातीय श्रे. वइरसी भार्या काकुसुत सामासामल भ्रातृ वीरा लषमणाभ्यां भा. गांगीलषमादेव्यादि युताभ्यां श्री संभवनाथबिंबं का. प्र. श्री सूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Adinātha with parikar is preserved in Padmaprabhu Jinālaya in Talia Pole. It was installed by Achārya Vimalachandrakiriti in the Pattāvalī of Bha. Sakalkīrtideva, in V.S. 1513, Vaishākha, su.di. 3 (i.e. Tuesday, 26 April, 1457 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Trāmpā, son of Vāghā and Rāmati of Ilumbad caste.
