This bronze image of Shātināth with parikar is preserved in Chandraprabhaswami Temple in Sametshikhar Pole. It was installed by Veerbhadrasuri of Zeerapallīya gaçcha in V.S. 1468. Vaishākh vadi.3, Shukra (i.e. Fri., 29 April 1412 A.D.) who belonged to the Patta of Shālibhadrasūri. This Pañchatīrthi icon was made by Hemarāj, a son of Sindhä and Rājalde for the spiritual bliss of his parents. सं. १४६८ वर्षे वैशाख वदि ३ शुक्रे उपकेश ज्ञाती. ठ. सिंधा भा. राजलदे सुत हेमराजेन पित्रोनिमित्तं. श्री शांतिनाथ पंचतीर्थी बिंब कारितं प्रति. श्री जीरापल्लीयगच्छे श्री शालिभद्रसूरिपट्टे श्री वीरभद्रसूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatirthí image of Chandraprabhaswāmī with parikar is preserved in the sanctuary of Sambhavanāth in Shitalnāth Temple in. Vaghan Pole. It was installed by Mahendrasuri of Uñānakīya [Nāņakiya) gaccha in V.S. 1468, Vaishākh, vadi. 4, shukra. The given tithi does not tally with the given week . day. It is, therefore, taken as connected with the previous week - day on which it commenced. It commenced about 18 hours after mean - sunrise on Friday, 29 April, 1412 A.D. सं. १४६८ वर्षे वैशाष वदि ४ शुक्रे उपकेश ज्ञा. छाडा भा. माक सुत चहु प्रा. केनम भ्रातृ तिहुणा निमित्तं श्री चंद्रप्रभबिंब का. प्र. ज्ञानकीयगच्छेभ. श्री महेन्द्रसूरिभिः ।
