शारीरिक (स्त्री शरीर रचना) संरचना में रही आत्मा जब सिद्धगति प्राप्त करती है तो उसे . स्त्रीलिंग सिद्ध कहते हैं जैसे मृगावती, चन्दनबाला आदि। स्त्रीवेद का अर्थ है स्त्री की कामेच्छा - इसका वीतरागता से विरोध है। अतः सिद्धत्व असंभव है। वेष की कोई यथार्थ प्रामाणिकता नहीं है। 卐 है क्योंकि स्त्री वेष तो पुरुष या मूर्ति को भी पहनाया जा सकता है। __(९) पुरुषलिंग सिद्ध-पुरुष शरीर से जो सिद्धत्व प्राप्त करते हैं वे पुरुषलिंग सिद्ध कहलाते

(१०) नपुंसकलिंग सिद्ध-जो पुरुष नपुंसक शरीर में सिद्धगति को अर्जित करते हैं वे नपुंसकलिंग सिद्ध कहलाते हैं।
(११) स्वलिंग सिद्ध-यहाँ लिंग व्यावहारिक अवस्था (वेश-भूषा) का द्योतक है। जो श्रमण- 1 वेश में साधनारत रहकर सिद्धगति को प्राप्त करते हैं वे स्वलिंग सिद्ध कहलाते हैं।
(१२) अन्यलिंग सिद्ध-जो अन्य धार्मिक परम्परा का वेश धारण करके भी जिनवाणी के अनुसार साधना कर सिद्धगति को प्राप्त करते हैं वे अन्यलिंग सिद्ध कहलाते हैं। (देखें चित्र १४)
(१३) गृहस्थलिंग सिद्ध-जो गृहस्थ के वेश में आध्यात्मिक साधना कर सिद्धगति को प्राप्त करते हैं वे गृहस्थलिंग सिद्ध कहलाते हैं जैसे मरुदेवी माता।
(१४) एक सिद्ध-एक समय में एक-एक सिद्ध होने वाले एक सिद्ध होते हैं।
(१५) अनेक सिद्ध-एक समय में एकाधिक सिद्ध होने वाले (२ से १०८ की संख्या तक) + अनेक सिद्ध कहलाते हैं।
