विवेचन- ईहा के उपरोक्त छह भेद अर्थावग्रह के समान ही इन्द्रिय आश्रित हैं। इसके पाँच पर्यायान्तर नाम इस प्रकार हैं
(१) आभोगनता - अर्थावग्रह के पश्चात् वस्तु के यथार्थ अर्थ विशेष की दिशा में प्रेरित पर्यालोचना को आभोगनता कहते हैं ।
(२) मार्गणता - अन्वय- (सम्बद्ध) अनुकूल तथा व्यतिरेक - ( विरोधी अथवा विपरीत) कर्मों (गुणों) द्वारा पदार्थ को समझने की क्रिया को मार्गणता (अनुसंधान) कहते हैं।
(३) गवेषणता-व्यतिरेक- ( विरोधी ) को छोड़ अन्वय - ( अनुकूल ) धर्म के साथ पदार्थ 5 पर्यालोचन करने को गवेषणता कहते हैं।
(४) चिन्ता - स्वधर्म ( निज स्वभाव ) पर आधारित यथार्थ अर्थ का विशिष्ट क्षयोपशम द्वारा बार-बार चिन्तन करने को चिन्ता कहते हैं ।

(५) विमर्श - उपरोक्त क्रियाओं में स्पष्ट हुए यथाभूत अर्थ की ओर प्रेरित विरोधाभासों को त्याग कर और सम्बद्ध अनुकूल धर्म को बिना त्यागे विचार करने को नाम विमर्श हैं।
Elaboration-The said six types of iha, like those of arthavagrah, are based on the sense organs. The five paryayantar names are as follows

(1) Aabhoganata-The analysis directed at the real meaning of a thing after the process of arthavagrah is complete, is called aabhoganata.
(4) Chinta-To contemplate repeatedly the true meaning based on the inherent attributes of a thing through intense kshayopasham is called chinta.

(2) Marganata – The process of understanding a thing through supporting and contradicting attributes is called marganata or! exploration.
