It has been presented in such charan-karan style that if person is engrossed in its studies, he becomes a scholar and an expert of the subject.
This concludes the description of Antakriddashang Sutra. विवेचन - अन्तकृद्दशा सूत्र में इसके नाम के अनुरूप ऐसी महान आत्माओं के जीवन का इतिवृत्त संकलित है जिन्होंने संयम तप की कठोर आराधना करते हुए जीवन के अन्तिम क्षणों ! तक सभी कर्मों का क्षय कर दिया और केवलज्ञान प्राप्त होते ही सिद्ध गति प्राप्त कर ली । ऐसी आत्माएँ उसी भव में चौदहवें गुणस्थान पर पहुँच तत्काल निर्वाण प्राप्त कर लेती हैं। उपदेश नहीं। दे पातीं। इस कारण उन्हें अन्तकृत् केवली भी कहते हैं ।
इसके प्रथम पॉच वर्गों में भगवान अरिष्टनेमि के शासनकाल के अन्तकृत केवलियों के वर्णन हैं तथा परवर्ती तीन वर्गों में भगवान महावीर के शासनकाल के अन्तकृत केवली वर्णित हैं । सम्पूर्ण सूत्र में ९० महान् आत्माओं के जीवनवृत्त हैं ।
Elaboration-As the name indicates, Antakriddashang Sutra has compilation of the stories of life of those great souls who indulged in harsh practices of discipline and austerities and, by the last moments of their life, destroyed all the karmas to get liberated immediately after acquiring Kewal-jnana. Such souls reach the fourteenth Gunasthan during the same life and at once attain nirvana. They do not give any discourse, that is why they are also called antakrit Kewalı.

The first five vargas of this work are devoted to the antakrit Kewalls belonging to the period of influence of Bhagavan Arishtanemi. The last three vargas are devoted to the antakrit Kewalis belonging to the period of influence of Bhagavan Mahavir. The stories of life of 90 such great souls are included in this work.
