१४६ - एक्मेक्काए णं ओसप्पिणीए पंचम - छट्टाओ समाओ एक्कवीसं एक्वीसं वाससहस्साइं काणं पण्णत्ताओ, तं जहा - दूसमा, दूसमदूसमा, एगमेगाए णं उस्सप्पिणीए पढम - वितिआओ समाओ एक्कवीसं एक्वीसं वाससहस्साइं कालेणं पण्णत्ताओ, तं जहा- दूसमदूसमाए, दूसमाए
य।
इक्कीस - इक्कीस हजार वर्ष के काल वाले प्रत्येक अवसर्पिणी के पाँचवें और छठे आरे कहे गए हैं, यथा – दुःषमा और दुषम- दुषमा । इसी प्रकार इक्कीस - इक्कीस हजार वर्ष के काल वाले प्रत्येक उत्सर्पिणी के प्रथम और द्वितीय आरे कहे गए हैं, यथा – दुःषम - दुःषमा और दुःषमा ।

The time period of the fifth & sixth aeon of every decreasing time cycle i.e. Avasarpini kaal has been described of twenty one thousand years each as :- The Dushama and Dushama-Dushama. Such is the first and 2nd spoke (Ara) of increasing time cycle i.e. Utsarpini kaal. They have been narrated of twenty one thousand years each as Dushama-Dushama and Dushama.
१४७ - इमीसे णं रयणप्पभाए पुढवीए अत्थेगइयाणं नेरइयाणं एक्वीसं पलिओ माई ठिई पण्णत्ता । छट्टीए पुढवीए अत्थेगइयाणं नेरइयाणं एक्कवीसं सागरोवमाई ठिई पण्णत्ता । असुरकुमाराणं देवाणं अत्थेगइयाणं एगवीसं पलिओवमाझं ठिई पण्णत्ता ।
इस रत्नप्रभा पृथ्वी में इक्कीस पल्योपम स्थिति वाले कितने ही नारकों का वर्णन निरूपित है। छठी पृथ्वी जो तमप्रभा है, उसमें इक्कीस सागरोपम स्थिति वाले कितने ही नारक कहे गए हैं। कितने ही असुर कुमार देवों की स्थिति इक्कीस पल्योपम कही गई है।
The description of the hellish beings of the Ratanprabha hell having the life duration of twenty one Palyopama has been expounded. In the sixth land hell namely Tamh Prabha the hellish beings having a life duration of twenty one Sagropama have been described. The life duration of the malevolent demons (Asur kumar) has been said as twenty one Palyopama.
१४८ - सोहम्मीसाणेसु कप्पेसु अत्थेगइयाणं देवाणं एक्कवीसं पलिओवमाइं ठिई पण्णत्ता । आरणे कप्पे देवाणं उक्कोसेणं एक्वीसं सागरोवमाई ठिई पण्णत्ता ।
सौधर्म-ईशान कल्पों में कितने ही देव इक्कीस पल्योपम स्थिति वाले कहे गए हैं। आरणकल्प में देव इक्कीस सागरोपम उत्कृष्ट स्थिति वाले निरूपित हैं।
The celestial beings of the celestial vehicles of Sodharma-Ishankalpa have been stated as having life duration of twenty one Palyopama. The maximum life duration of the native celestial beings of the Aarankalpa has been mentioned as twenty one Sagropama.
