४७८- इमीसे णं रयणप्पभाए पुढवीए बहुसमरमणिजाओ भूमिभागाओ अट्ठहिं जोयणसएहिं सूरिए चारं चरति ।
इस रत्नप्रभा पृथ्वी के बहुसम रमणीय भूमिभाग से आठ सौ योजन की ऊँचाई पर सूर्य परिभ्रमण करता है।
The sun revolves at the height of eight hundred yojanas from the smooth surface of this Ratanprabha Prithvi.
४७९ - अरहओ णं अरिट्ठनेमिस्स अट्ठसयाइं वाईणं सदेवमणुयासुरंमि लोगंमि वाए अपराजिआणं उक्कोसिया वाईसंपया होत्था । ८०० ।
अरिष्टनेमि अर्हत् के अपराजितवादी आठ सौ थे। ये भगवान की उत्कृष्ट वादि सम्पदा थी। वे वादी देव, मनुष्य और असुरों में से किसी से भी वाद में पराजित होने वाले नहीं थे, अर्थात् अपराजित वादी थे।

४८०-आणय-पाणय- आरण-अच्चुएसु कप्पेसु विमाणा नव-नव जोयणसयाइं उड्डुं उच्चत्तेणं पण्णत्ता ।
निसढकूडस्स णं-उवरिल्लाओ सिहरतलाओ णिसढस्स वासहरपव्वयस्स समे धरणितले एस णं नव जोयणसयाइं अबाहाए अंतरे पण्णत्ते । एवं णीलवंतकूडस्स वि ।
चार कल्पों – आनत, प्राणत, आरण, और अच्युत में विमानों की संख्या नौ - नौ सौ कही गई है।
निषेध कूट के उपरिम शिखर तल से निषध वर्षधर पर्वत का समधरणीतल या समभूमितल नौ सौ योजन अन्तर वाला कहा गया है। इसी प्रकार नीलवन्त कूट का भी अन्तर जानना चाहिए ।

४८१ - विमलवाहणे णं कुलगरे णं नव धणुसयाई उड्डुं उच्चत्तेणं होत्था ।
इमीसे णं रयणप्पभाए बहुसमरमणिज्जाओ भूमिभागाओ नवहिं जोयणसएहिं सव्वुवरिमे
तारारूवे चारं चरइ ।
