प्रत्येक अवसर्पिणी काल के पाँचवें-छठे आरा के विषय में कहा गया है कि ये दोनों मिलकर | बयालीस हजार वर्ष के हैं। प्रत्येक उत्सर्पिणी काल का प्रथम-द्वितीय आरा संयुक्त गणितानुसार बयालीस 22 हजार वर्ष का कहा गया है।
