सैंतालीसवां समवाय
The Forty Seventh Samvaya २६९-जया णं सूरिए सव्वब्भितरमंडलं उवसंकमित्ता णं चारं चरइ तया णं इहगयस्स | मणुस्सस्स सत्तचत्तालीसं जोयणसहस्सेहिं दोहि य तेवढेहिं जोयणसएहिं एक्वीसाए य सट्ठिभागेहिं जोयणस्स सूरिए चक्खुफासं हव्वमागच्छइ।
इस भरतक्षेत्र गत मनुष्य को सूर्य सैंतालीस हजार दो सौ तिरेसठ योजन और एक योजन के साठ * भागों में इक्कीस भाग की दूरी से दिखाई देता है किन्तु यह स्थिति तब बनती है जब सूर्य सबसे भीतरी - मण्डल में आकर संचार करता है।
The sun is visible to the human beings of this Bharatregion at the distance of twenty one parts of sixty parts of one yojana and forty seven thousand two hundred sixty three yojanas but this condition occurs only when the sun moves
coming into its most internal orbit. | २७०-थेरे णं अग्गिभूई सत्तचत्तालीसं वासाइं अगारमझे वसित्ता मुंडे भवित्ता अगाराओ अणगारियं पव्वइए।
अग्निभूति स्थविर के विषय में कहा गया है कि वे सैंतालीस वर्ष तक गृहवास में रहे। तत्पश्चात् | वे मंडित होकर अगार से अनगारिता में प्रव्रजित हए।
In respect of Agnibhuti the Elder ascetic it has been said that he remained as a householder for a period of forty seven years. After that he got tonsured and consecrated from the state of householder to that of ascetic.
